Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using Nexhance AI, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and meet any minimum age requirement that applies in your country.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and activity performed through your account. Do not share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits or exposes another person’s private processing history.

Notify support promptly if you believe your account or payment method has been used without permission.

3. Your images and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in images you upload. You must own the image or have the rights, consent and lawful basis required to process it.

You grant Nexhance AI and its service providers a limited technical permission to receive, copy, transmit, process, cache and deliver the image only as necessary to provide the requested service, protect the platform and comply with law.

4. AI output and accuracy

AI enhancement, restoration and relighting can reconstruct or reinterpret details. Output may contain errors, artifacts, altered text, changed facial features or inaccurate product details.

You are responsible for reviewing the result before publication, sale, printing, client delivery or any high-impact use. Nexhance AI output must not be treated as forensic, medical, legal or identity-verification evidence.

5. Credits and processing costs

Credits provide access to AI image-processing workflows. The separate free browser utilities use 0 credits. AI credit cost may vary by tool, image dimensions, upscale factor, generated area and selected settings. The browser estimate is informational; the server calculation is authoritative.

A paid job may consume credits before the external provider call. When a job fails before a usable result is returned, the system attempts to refund the consumed credits automatically.

6. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval and total charge shown at checkout until cancelled. Monthly subscriptions reset the available credit balance to the plan allowance after each successful monthly renewal. Yearly subscriptions are charged once for the displayed annual amount, receive twelve monthly allowances upfront after successful annual payment and reset at the next annual renewal. Unused subscription credits do not roll into a new billing term unless a future offer explicitly states otherwise.

You may cancel through the customer billing portal after it becomes available for your subscription. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse completed processing, the current paid period or already incurred provider costs.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Failed processing is normally handled through automatic credit restoration rather than a cash refund. Duplicate charges, billing errors and exceptional service failures should be reported promptly.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity includes unlawful content, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, identity fraud, rights violations, abusive automation, credential discovery and attempts to bypass credits or rate limits.

9. Service availability and changes

Nexhance AI depends on hosting, database, payment and specialized processing services. Processing times and service availability can change without notice.

We may modify processing workflows, file limits, credit costs, features and plan allowances to maintain security, quality, legal compliance and commercial sustainability. Material subscription changes should be communicated before they take effect when reasonably possible.

10. Intellectual property

The Nexhance AI website, branding, software, interface, documentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy the service, resell direct API access, scrape protected content or create a confusingly similar product identity.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or close accounts that create legal, safety, fraud, payment or infrastructure risk, violate these Terms, evade limits or interfere with the service. You may stop using Nexhance AI at any time and request account support subject to required record retention.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific visual result, provider uptime or that output will meet every platform, print or commercial requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing terms and contact

Mandatory consumer and contract law in your location may apply regardless of these Terms. Questions about these Terms, billing or service information can be sent through the public Nexhance AI support form.

14. Free image utilities and AI processing are different services

The free image compressor, resizer, cropper, format converter, social media resizer, color picker, palette generator and metadata remover are intended as browser utilities and use 0 credits. AI workflows use model-processing infrastructure and may require an account and sufficient credits. A feature being available on the same website does not mean every tool has the same processing method, privacy characteristics or cost.

Nexhance AI may update supported browsers, formats, preset dimensions or utility behavior as web standards and destination-platform requirements change. A free utility may be modified or discontinued without creating a cash-refund obligation because no AI credits were purchased for that local operation.

15. Generative edits and factual accuracy

Object removal, text removal, image extension, background changing, photo colorization, face restoration and prompt-based image editing can generate or reconstruct pixels. You are responsible for reviewing the output and for avoiding misleading uses. A visually convincing result can still contain an incorrect label, altered face, invented object, changed product detail or historically inaccurate color.

Do not rely on AI-edited output as the sole evidence for legal, identity-verification, medical, historical, insurance, law-enforcement or other high-stakes factual claims. Keep the source image and independently verify information where accuracy matters.

16. Your responsibility for prompts, edits and destination rules

You are responsible for the instructions you submit, the images you upload and the destination where a result is published. Marketplace, advertising, social-media, print, employer and client rules may impose requirements beyond these Terms. Nexhance AI does not guarantee that a technically successful result satisfies every third-party platform policy.

For commercial product imagery, you should verify product color, condition, size, labels and included features. For portraits, verify identity-sensitive details. For design assets, check logos, typography and vector geometry before production.

17. Output availability and local copies

Nexhance AI is an image-processing service, not permanent cloud storage. Result links and temporary files may expire. Download important results promptly and keep your own source and delivery copies. Loss of an expired temporary result does not mean the original uploaded image can always be reconstructed from service records.

Free browser utilities also create local exports that depend on your device and browser download behavior. You are responsible for confirming that a file was saved successfully before closing the page or deleting the original.

18. Changes to models, providers and tool behavior

AI providers and model versions can change. Nexhance AI may replace a provider, adjust a workflow, update supported settings, change a credit estimate or retire a model when necessary for quality, security, availability or cost control. Material changes to paid plan benefits should be reflected on the Pricing or Plans and Credits pages.

No particular model, provider or exact visual style is guaranteed indefinitely unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. The service goal is to preserve the published workflow purpose rather than promise permanent access to one vendor implementation.
