Refund Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026. AI processing creates immediate third-party infrastructure costs, while the separate browser image utilities use 0 credits. This policy explains failed jobs, completed digital processing, subscriptions and billing errors.
1. Failed image-processing jobs
When an authenticated paid job fails before a usable result is returned, Nexhance AI attempts to restore the reserved credits automatically. Credit restoration is the normal and fastest remedy for a failed processing run. If credits are not restored after a confirmed failure, contact support with the job date and tool name.
2. Completed processing and used credits
Credits used for successfully completed processing are generally non-refundable because external processing and infrastructure costs are incurred immediately. Visual preference alone, a source image that was too damaged, or a completed result that requires a different setting does not normally qualify for a cash refund. Review the tool, estimate and settings before confirming a job.
3. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges
Contact support promptly if you see a duplicate charge, the wrong plan or billing interval, an incorrect amount, or a payment you did not authorize. Verified billing errors are corrected through the merchant-of-record billing provider. We may request the account email, charge date, amount and receipt identifier, but never your complete card number.
4. First subscription payment
A request made within seven days of the first subscription payment may be reviewed when only a minimal portion of the included credits has been consumed. Approval is not automatic. A refund may be reduced or declined when meaningful processing cost has already been incurred, the subscription has been substantially used, abuse or account sharing is suspected, or the request concerns successfully completed digital processing.
5. Renewals and yearly plans
Renewal payments, including yearly renewals, are generally non-refundable after the new billing period begins. Contact support promptly if you believe a renewal occurred after a valid cancellation request or because of a verified billing error. Any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund right in your location remains unaffected.
6. Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund the current paid period or completed processing. Access and remaining credits continue according to the subscription status shown in the account and billing portal, unless the provider or applicable law requires a different result.
7. Provider outages and material service failures
If a prolonged service failure prevents meaningful use of a paid plan, Nexhance AI may provide replacement credits, extend access or issue a proportionate refund where appropriate. Temporary maintenance, a single failed job that receives restored credits, or a third-party delay does not automatically qualify for a cash refund.
8. How to request help
Include the account email, charge date, plan, amount, receipt or order identifier and a concise explanation. Submit the request through the support method shown on the website. Do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive image files by email.
9. Chargebacks and statutory rights
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so a billing mistake can be investigated quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes raised after substantial service use may lead to account restriction. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Free browser utilities do not consume paid credits
The image compressor, resizer, cropper, format converter, social media resizer, color picker, palette generator and metadata remover are intended to use 0 Nexhance AI credits. A browser compatibility problem with one of these utilities does not consume AI processing credits and therefore does not create a credit-refund event. Please report reproducible issues so the utility can be investigated.
11. Credit estimates and user-selected workload
AI credit estimates depend on the selected workflow and may also depend on image dimensions, output multiplier or generated area. Review the estimate before starting a job. Choosing a larger 4× or 8× upscale, broader image extension or more expensive generative workflow can consume more credits than a lighter alternative.
A completed job is not normally refundable merely because a cheaper workflow might also have solved the problem. The Pricing, Plans and Credits, tool pages and guide library are provided to help users choose the lightest appropriate workflow before processing.
12. Generative results and subjective preference
Object removal, background changing, image extension, colorization and prompt-based editing can produce different plausible visual results. A completed result that is technically delivered but does not match a subjective creative preference is generally handled by adjusting the prompt, source or workflow rather than a cash refund.
This does not prevent review of a verified service malfunction, duplicate charge or material billing error. If a provider or server fails before returning a usable result, automatic credit restoration remains the normal remedy.
13. Partial outages and replacement credits
If one specialist AI workflow is temporarily unavailable while the rest of the paid service remains usable, Nexhance AI may provide replacement credits or another proportionate remedy when appropriate. A short provider outage does not automatically make an entire subscription period refundable.
14. What helps us review a refund request quickly
Include the account email, order or receipt identifier, billing date, plan and a short explanation of the issue. For a processing problem, include the tool name and approximate job time. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords or private source images unless support specifically requests a necessary sample through an appropriate channel.
