This policy applies to visitors, registered users and customers who use Nexhance AI through the website at nexhanceai.com. It covers personal information, uploaded images, usage information, account records and billing-related data that is reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Nexhance AI is an independently operated image-enhancement service. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the service or submit personal information through the website.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the categories of information needed to provide the service, manage accounts, process payments, prevent abuse and respond to support issues.

• Account information such as email address, authentication identifiers and any display name you choose to add.
• For AI workflows, uploaded image files and the tool settings selected for the requested enhancement, restoration or editing job. Free browser utilities are designed to operate locally and do not require the image to be sent to the Nexhance AI processing service.
• Job records such as tool type, processing status, credit cost, timestamps and output-delivery information.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate diagnostic logs and rate-limit or security events.
• Customer and billing details entered during checkout, such as name, company name if provided, billing country, address information, phone number, postal code and optional tax details.
• Messages and attachments you voluntarily send through the support form or other contact channels.

3. How uploaded images are handled

For AI workflows, your uploaded image is used only to complete the processing action you requested. The image is transmitted to the Nexhance AI service flow, validated and then processed using the relevant workflow and required providers. Free browser utilities such as compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, social resizing, color sampling, palette extraction and metadata-clean export are designed to run locally in a supported browser without an AI-processing upload.

Nexhance AI does not operate a general public training pipeline that uses customer image uploads to train a broad AI model for unrelated purposes. Uploaded files are processed for service delivery, quality control, abuse prevention and reliability operations connected to your requested job.

4. How we use personal information

Collected information may be used to:

• Create and maintain user accounts and sign-in sessions.
• Run requested AI image-processing workflows and deliver results, while allowing supported free utilities to operate locally in the browser.
• Calculate, reserve, restore or deduct credits accurately.
• Prepare subscriptions, process renewals and maintain billing records through our payment infrastructure.
• Provide customer support, answer questions and resolve reported problems.
• Detect fraud, abuse, suspicious automation, payment issues and attacks against the platform.
• Improve reliability, understand product issues and maintain the website.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Service providers and third parties

Nexhance AI relies on carefully selected third-party services to operate the platform. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by providers that help with authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, communication, storage and image processing.

• Supabase is used for authentication, account sessions and application database functions.
• Dodo Payments or the active merchant-of-record provider is used for checkout, subscription billing, payment administration and tax handling.
• Hosting, security, storage and email providers may process information required to deliver the service and maintain website performance.
• Specialist image-processing providers may receive the image and technical instructions needed to return the requested result.
• Google AdSense may be used on selected informational pages when advertising is enabled. Ad serving may involve cookies or similar technologies depending on user consent, browser settings and regional legal requirements.

6. Cookies, local storage and advertising technologies

Nexhance AI uses essential cookies or similar browser storage to keep users signed in, remember interface preferences and support normal service functionality. We may also store local draft information, such as unfinished checkout details, so a form is not lost during navigation.

If advertising is enabled, advertising-related technologies may be used on long-form informational pages. Advertising is not intentionally placed inside the active image-processing workspace, next to result-download controls or inside core account and payment flows. Where consent is required, non-essential advertising technologies should remain disabled until an appropriate consent choice has been recorded.

7. Data retention

Temporary processing files and result files may be retained for a limited period to deliver the requested output and maintain service reliability. Cached output files are generally intended to be temporary rather than permanent cloud storage, so users should download important results promptly.

Account records, subscription details, credit ledger entries, payment references, security logs and support history may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet accounting obligations and comply with applicable law.

8. Data sharing, transfers and legal disclosures

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling customer lists for unrelated third-party marketing. We share information only when it is necessary to run the service, process payments, deliver requested functionality, protect the platform or comply with legal obligations.

Because third-party providers may operate internationally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. When required, appropriate contractual, technical or legal safeguards should be used by the relevant service providers.

9. Security measures

Nexhance AI uses a combination of technical and organizational measures such as server-side secrets, restricted access controls, validation checks, rate limiting, provider authentication and monitored processing flows to reduce risk.

No system can promise absolute security. For that reason, you should avoid uploading highly sensitive material unless the processing is necessary, lawful and appropriate for an internet-based service.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of certain data, restriction of certain processing or withdrawal of consent for non-essential processing where consent is the legal basis.

You may also manage some account information directly through the website, cancel a subscription through the billing portal when available and contact support with privacy-related questions or requests. Some information may still be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.

11. Children’s privacy

Nexhance AI is not intended for children below the age required to consent to online services in their country. Do not create an account on behalf of a child or upload a child’s private image unless you have the lawful authority and any required parental or guardian consent to do so.

12. Policy updates and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, providers, legal requirements or site practices materially change. The updated date shown at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.

For privacy questions, rights requests or support related to personal information, please use the public contact page on Nexhance AI and include enough information for us to understand your request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details through support messages.

13. Free browser utilities and local image processing

The Free Image Compressor, Image Resizer, Image Cropper, Image Format Converter, Social Media Image Resizer, Image Color Picker, Image Palette Generator and Image Metadata Remover are designed to perform their normal image operation inside a supported browser. These utilities do not require an AI model-processing request and use 0 Nexhance AI credits.

Local processing reduces the amount of image data that needs to be sent to the Nexhance AI processing service for routine tasks. Browser behavior and format support can vary, and the website may still receive ordinary page requests, security information and diagnostic information associated with using the site. Local image processing should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the visible content of an image is anonymous or safe to publish.

14. AI editing, restoration and model-provider processing

AI Image Enhancer, Image Upscaler, Old Photo Restoration, Face Restoration, Background Remover, AI Deblur, AI Denoise, Smart Image Sharpen, Photo Relighting, Product Photo Enhancer, Image Vectorizer, Object Remover, Text Remover, Image Extender, Background Changer, Photo Colorizer and AI Image Editor may require server-side processing and specialist model providers. The source image, selected settings and technical instructions needed for the job may be transmitted to those providers for the purpose of returning the requested output.

Different AI workflows can involve different providers or processing paths. Nexhance AI aims to send only the information reasonably required for the requested job. Provider availability, security practices, subprocessors and retention terms may change over time, and material changes to the Nexhance AI service are reflected in this policy when appropriate.

15. Generated output, accuracy and provenance

AI restoration and generative image editing can create plausible visual information that was not explicitly captured in the source. This includes reconstructed facial detail, repaired backgrounds, generated surroundings, interpretive colorization and prompt-based visual changes. The output is therefore an edited result and should not be treated as proof of a historical fact, identity detail, product feature or event that is not independently supported by the source.

Nexhance AI may retain technical job information such as the selected tool, status, credit estimate and timing so the service can deliver history, support failed-job credit restoration, investigate abuse and maintain reliability. Users should keep their own original files and important result downloads because the service is not intended to be a permanent archival storage provider.

16. Metadata removal and privacy limitations

The Metadata Remover creates a new image export intended to omit common embedded metadata from the uploaded source. Removing metadata can reduce exposure of technical fields such as camera or capture information, but it does not remove information visibly present in the pixels. Faces, addresses, documents, license plates, landmarks, screen names and other identifying content can remain visible after metadata removal.

If an original file contains useful archival metadata, consider keeping that original privately and sharing a separate metadata-clean copy. Nexhance AI does not recommend destroying the only archival version of an important photograph simply to create a public-sharing copy.

17. Support messages and image samples

The Contact page is designed so many support questions can be answered from the tool name, source format, approximate dimensions, selected settings, prompt and error message without requiring the image itself. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or highly sensitive images through a support request.

If support later asks for an image sample to reproduce a technical issue, provide only material you are authorized and comfortable to share. Support messages and any voluntarily supplied attachments may be retained for a reasonable period to resolve the request, prevent repeated abuse and document account or billing decisions.

18. Advertising, informational pages and consent choices

When advertising is enabled, Nexhance AI intends advertising to appear around substantive informational content rather than inside core processing, payment or account actions. Google AdSense or other configured advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies subject to user consent, browser settings and applicable regional requirements.

Where consent is legally required for non-essential advertising or measurement technologies, the site should provide an appropriate consent mechanism. Users can also use browser controls and any available site privacy controls to manage storage choices. Essential authentication and security storage may still be required for signed-in account features.
