Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026. Nexhance AI is intended for lawful image enhancement, restoration, design, e-commerce, browser image utilities and professional creative work.
1. Rights and consent
Upload only images you are legally permitted to process. Obtain required consent before processing private, confidential, intimate, biometric or identifying images of another person.
2. Prohibited sexual and exploitative content
Do not use Nexhance AI to create, restore, enhance or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, voyeurism or content intended to humiliate or blackmail a person.
3. Identity abuse and deception
Do not use face restoration, enhancement, cutouts or relighting for identity fraud, forged evidence, impersonation, deceptive verification, fraudulent documents or misleading claims about a real person, product or event.
4. Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use the service to facilitate crime, harassment, stalking, discrimination, threats, extremist violence, malware delivery, illegal surveillance or infringement of privacy and publicity rights.
5. Product and commercial accuracy
Do not enhance or relight a product in a way that materially misrepresents its color, shape, condition, included features or performance. Review all generated text, labels and material details before publishing a listing or advertisement.
6. Copyright and confidential material
Do not process copyrighted, confidential, trade-secret or restricted material without permission or another lawful basis. Nexhance AI does not grant rights to content simply because it can be uploaded or enhanced.
7. Platform abuse
Automated scraping, account resale, credential sharing, payment fraud, rate-limit evasion, denial-of-service activity, reverse engineering for secret extraction, direct API resale and attempts to manipulate credit balances are prohibited.
8. Enforcement
We may block a request, remove output, restrict processing, suspend an account, preserve evidence or report activity when reasonably necessary to address safety, legal, fraud, payment or infrastructure risk.
9. Object removal, text removal and ownership marks
Object and text removal may be used for lawful cleanup of images you own or are authorized to edit. Do not use these tools to remove copyright notices, ownership watermarks, attribution, evidence markers or other rights information when you do not have permission to alter it.
Do not use reconstruction tools to conceal material facts in a fraudulent document, transaction record, product listing, property image, news image or other context where the removed content changes the factual meaning in a deceptive way.
10. Background changes, generative expand and scene deception
Generated backgrounds and outpainted areas are new visual content. Do not present generated surroundings as documentary proof of a location, property condition, event, crowd, product environment or other fact when the surrounding scene did not exist in the source image.
Creative and advertising uses are permitted when you have the necessary rights and the result does not violate other policies, but you remain responsible for disclosures or accuracy standards required by the destination platform, client or applicable law.
11. Historical restoration and colorization
Photo restoration and colorization can be used for family archives, education and creative presentation. Do not knowingly present generated facial detail or inferred color as verified historical fact when the source does not support that claim. Keep the original scan when provenance matters.
12. Metadata removal and concealment
Metadata removal is intended for privacy-aware sharing and normal file cleanup. Do not use it to facilitate fraud, evade lawful attribution requirements, conceal the origin of illegal material or defeat an investigation in circumstances where doing so would be unlawful.
13. Automated access and bulk abuse
The public website is intended for normal interactive use unless a separate API or bulk-processing agreement is explicitly provided. Do not automate large-scale scraping, bulk upload loops, account farms, credit abuse or attempts to bypass rate limits through multiple accounts, proxies or scripted browser sessions.
14. Reporting suspected misuse
If you believe Nexhance AI is being used to violate rights, impersonate someone, distribute prohibited content or misrepresent a commercial product, use the Contact page and provide the relevant URL, account or job reference when available. Do not send illegal content itself unless a lawful reporting process specifically requires it.
