Why processing uses credits
Different image workflows require different amounts of computation. The selected tool, source size and settings determine the estimate shown before processing. The server verifies the calculation before a signed-in job starts.
When a signed-in run fails before a usable result is returned, the system is designed to attempt restoration of the reserved credits. The live workspace estimate remains the final reference before processing because very large inputs and premium modes can cost more.

Billing, cancellation and failed jobs
Monthly subscriptions reset the balance to the plan allowance after each successful monthly renewal. Yearly subscriptions are charged once per year, receive twelve times the monthly allowance upfront after successful annual payment, and reset at the next annual renewal.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Subscription credits remain available until the paid period ends and then expire. Completed processing generally is not refundable because processing cost is incurred immediately, while duplicate charges and exceptional service failures are reviewed under the public Refund Policy.
